Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time from Credits in your Clanner dashboard, or by emailing info@galific.com. No call, no retention form.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You keep full access until then, and you are not charged again.
Refunds
30-day money back on your first paid month. If Clanner is not working for you, email info@galific.com within 30 days of your first paid charge and we refund it in full.
Beyond that window, refunds are at our discretion and are generally limited to a platform outage on our side or a billing error. Tell us what happened and we will look at the account's own record of runs before deciding.
An approved refund goes back to the original payment method, through Razorpay, within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
Credits
Credits buy work the engine does for you — reading your market, writing drafts, designing images and videos. They are consumed as that work runs.
- A failed run costs you nothing. If a run fails, its credits are returned to your wallet automatically, as a refund line you can see in your credit history. You do not have to ask.
- Unused credits from a top-up are not refundable for cash, but they stay in your wallet and roll over for 30 days.
- Work already done — drafts written, images and videos generated — is not refundable, because the cost was incurred with our providers when you asked for it.
If a payment fails
We try to collect for up to 14 days. During that time the account keeps working. If the payment still cannot be taken, the account moves to a limited state — everything you have made is kept, and scheduling pauses — until payment is current again.
How to ask for a refund
Email info@galific.com from the address on the account with the payment id or the date of the charge. A person answers, usually within one working day, and we tell you plainly whether it is approved and when to expect the money.
